Restore your purchase
Bought it on another Mac, or after reinstalling.
Choose Plain Air › Restore Purchase, press Restore Purchase on the unlock sheet, or press Restore Purchase in Settings › General. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.
- “No Plain Air purchase was found for this Apple Account.”: check which account you’re signed in to in the App Store.
- “Couldn’t reach the App Store to restore your purchase.”: Plain Air is often opened while the Wi-Fi is down. Try again once you’re online.
- “Your purchase is waiting for approval. Plain Air unlocks as soon as it’s approved.”: nothing more to do here.
