Restore your purchase

Choose Vernacular › Restore Purchase, press Restore Purchase on the unlock sheet, or press Restore Purchase in Vernacular › Settings. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.

• “Vernacular is unlocked. Thank you for your purchase.”: done.
• “No Vernacular purchase was found for this Apple Account.”: check which account you’re signed in to in the App Store.
• “Couldn’t reach the App Store to restore your purchase. Check your connection and try again.”: restoring needs the App Store. Try again once you’re online.
• “Your purchase is waiting for approval. Vernacular unlocks as soon as it’s approved.”: nothing more to do here.

If the unlock button says The App Store isn’t answering, your Mac can’t reach the App Store right now. Close the sheet and open it again later.
