Name your screenshots

Screenshots in the sidebar lists every screenshot in the places Rolltop looks after.

• To name and No text switch between screenshots with a name waiting and those with no text in them.
• Each row shows the old name struck through, the suggested name in a field you can type over, the date that stays, and Also in the picture chips to use instead.
• On the right, the line shows where it is going: Taken on this Mac (or the app that sent it), the folder it's in, and Screenshots / 2026-10 when filing by month is on.
• Untick a row to leave that screenshot as it is.
• Name as chooses Subject — date or Date — subject.
• File by month moves each screenshot into a Screenshots folder by month, inside the folder it's in (part of the unlock). What does it cost?

Without the unlock, each row has a Rename button that renames that one screenshot now. With it, every ticked row is part of the next run: press Apply 36 changes in the toolbar. Apply a run

A screenshot Rolltop has renamed isn't offered a name again. Review One by One goes through them one at a time.
