Free: every screenshot named, every download explained, Review One by One, and acting on one file at a time (Rename, Move to Trash). Undo is always free.
One purchase (€4.99, or the local equivalent) adds:
- applying a whole run at once
- filing screenshots by month
- archiving downloads untouched for 90 days or more
- rules by source (Slack, AirDrop, a browser)
- watching for new screenshots, with the menu bar panel
- two Shortcuts actions
It works on every Mac you use with the same Apple Account. No subscription. Family Sharing isn't available for it.
