Share a report
A PDF or Markdown summary of your Mac, to send to whoever helps you.
In History, press Share this as a report…, or choose File › Share Report as PDF… (or as Markdown…). Choose where to save it.
The report has the state of your Mac now, the biggest apps with their verdicts, what happened today and the repeat performers. It holds names and figures only, never paths, command lines or anything inside an app.
